The Furies is based in Australia, two friends, Maddie and Kayla are kidnapped. Kayla wakes up in a black box, when she gets out she’s in the middle of nowhere but soon finds she and other girls are being stalked by homicidal masked men. There seems no escape and it’s all part of a twisted game.
This movie is a bit slasher, a bit revenge horror, a bit torture. But we enjoyed it. The women got a chance to fight back. There was a couple of interesting twists. And the gore was vivid and brutal in places. I’m going back to out of ten for movies as the boy has complained that he finds out of 5 too restrictive. He gave it 7/10 and thought it was good. Hubby gave it 9/10 but he’s not very critical. I’ll agree with the boy 7/10. Goretastic but with some unanswered questions.
